I’m Aida Rezaei, a director, screenwriter and photographer based in Germany.
With a background in biomedical engineering and dramatic literature, I’m now studying Visual Communication at the Kunsthochschule Kassel. My work moves between film, photography, poetry and theatre.
My short film A Happy Ending for Mrs. A won Best Student Film at the Greenflash International Film Festival 2026 and was selected for the Rome Prisma Film Awards and the Harvard Divinity School Film Festival. In 2026 I was also selected as a T-Port Talent for the TalentBridge Program at Cannes’ Rendez-vous Industry.
My photographs have been exhibited internationally, and in 2018 I received a Photography Honor Diploma from Sorbonne University. My poetry, stories and plays have been published and selected at festivals in Iran.
